Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF)

Our ICFs include cottages on our main campus and group homes adjoining the property. Individuals live in a setting where they benefit from our highest level of comprehensive care, attentive health supports, and daily living assistance. They receive personalized support, engage in activities and consistent routines while enjoying a warm, stable environment and a strong sense of belonging.

Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs)

Currently an expanding program!

Our CILA group homes offer community-based living with flexible support tailored to each person’s needs and level of independence. Located in neighborhood settings around Godfrey and Alton, the CILAs help individuals build daily living skills, increase self-direction, and participate actively in community life while still receiving dependable staff support and services.

Hardin Apartments are private-pay apartments and provide our most independent living option for individuals who want greater autonomy while remaining connected to the Beverly Farm community.

The people who live here enjoy private and semi-private living spaces along with access to selected supports, services, and campus amenities, creating a balance of independence, security, and convenience.
