Crystal Officer holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. Prior to her appointment as CEO of Beverly Farm, Ms. Officer served as Senior Vice President for Ada S. McKinley Community Services in Chicago, where she was responsible for the leadership of the company’s Employment and Community Support Services Programs. During her tenure with Ada S. McKinley, her accomplishments included helping to develop and execute an ambitious strategic plan, empowering and building teams, and programmatic expansion. Ms. Officer began her career, over twenty years ago, as a Direct Support Person (DSP), working with people with developmental disabilities. Since then, she has held leadership positions directing all facets of operations, including Training Coordinator, Support Coordinator, Adult Day Program Director, Human Resources Director, Operations Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Director for leading companies in the field.

Ms. Officer is a member of the River Bend Growth Association Board of Directors and is a graduate of the 2014 Leadership Greater DC Emerging Leaders Class. Ms. Officer holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Purdue University and a certificate in Corporate Communication from Cornell University. Ms. Officer is a certified Cleaning Industry Management Certification Expert through The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association (ISSA).

Ms. Officer is a native of Kentucky. She enjoys spending time outdoors, researching, playing tennis, writing, and playing the cello. Most importantly, she is a mother of two daughters, Hope and Faith, and is enthusiastic about mentoring and empowering others.

Lori Rodgers graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Millikin University and began her career at Beverly Farm. Starting at the Day Training Center, she was a part of establishing the day program that serves medically fragile individuals. Lori moved on to managing group homes and Training Department and gained her Nursing Home Administrator License in 2000. Lori now serves as the Clinical Director for the Main Campus. She is an active member of the Godfrey Women’s Club, on the Board of Directors for Praise Community Fellowship and volunteers for Raise the Praise.

Rachel Lollis graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology in 1995 from Wilberforce University. Wilberforce University is a private HBCU located in Wilberforce Ohio. During college Rachel chose Beverly Farm for her internship and worked in Group Homes #1 and #2 as a DSP. Upon graduation Rachel accepted a QIDP position in Group Home #2. Rachel gained her Nursing Home Administrator’s license in 2001 and at the time served as the QIDP and Administrator of two homes simultaneously. Rachel transitioned over the years to the position she holds today of Group Home Administrator for the six group homes. Rachel also has experience as a CILA director. Rachel is currently the co-chair of the ICF/DD committee which is in conjunction with the Illinois Association of Rehabilitation Services. Rachel has also achieved her Activities Director Certification. In reference to the Rachel’s philosophy on her resident’s care her motto is “Make it a home,  not a program”.

Over 25 years ago, Tara Wagenblast started in the direct care field at Beverly Farm. She earned her Bachelors in Social Work from Southern Illinois University. Tara has worked as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional and currently is the Community Homes Director. Tara has chaired the Beverly Farm Human Rights Committee and served on the Labor Management Committee.

Taylor Justice received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Public Relations as well as a Minor in Media Communications from Webster University in St. Louis. She has been in the Development Department with Beverly Farm since 2015 where she has worked her way to her current position as Chief Development Officer. In addition to her role at Beverly Farm, she is also an active member in the River Bend Growth Association as an Ambassador. She enjoys playing/watching softball, camping, cooking, and simply spending time with her family. Taylor currently lives in the Riverbend area with her husband and their two sons.

Sandy Chadduck graduated with an ADN from Mineral Area College in Park Hills, Missouri. She went on to attend Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri where she earned her BSN. In November 2018, Sandy joined Beverly Farm as our Assistant Director of Nursing and took over as Director of Nursing in 2020. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and watching movies. “I love my job, caring for the persons supported and being a part of the Beverly Farm family,” Sandy says proudly.

Lena Harrington is an accomplished Executive Director of Human Resources with 10 years of comprehensive experience building HR functions and cultivating a positive work environment. Mrs. Harrington has proven expertise in fostering employees, managing labor relations, and developing/communicating company-wide policies and procedures. She takes pride in being a focused individual who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions with employees’ professional growth in mind. Among her driving goals are demonstrating compassion and helping employees.

Mrs. Harrington holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Missouri – St. Louis. She also completed SHRM Certification from University of Missouri – St. Louis, and began her career in long-term healthcare holding positions as a payroll specialist, human resources manager, human resources director, and regional human resources director.

Mrs. Harrington was born and raised in the beautiful country of Belarus.  She is bi-lingual in Russian and English. In her free time, she loves to travel and see wonderful places. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and bringing happiness to everyone’s lives.

Danay McClinton is a St. Louis Native. She graduated from Central Visual & Performing Arts High school, where she majored in Mass Media. After high school, Danay continued her media education in Chicago and received a Bachelor's of Arts in Media Arts, Communication, and Theatre from Chicago State University and a Master's of Science in Journalism from Roosevelt University. Danay worked for Harpo Productions in Chicago and the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) in LA, before changing career paths to work in non-profit and with individuals with disabilities. Prior to joining the Beverly Farm Family, Danay worked at a 100-year-old organization that empowered persons supported. Danay is excited to continue working at an organization where her passion to support individuals with disabilities is at the forefront of the mission. Danay enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
