Prior to her appointment as CEO of Beverly Farm, Crystal served as Senior Vice President for Ada S. McKinley Community Services in Chicago, where she was responsible for the leadership of the company’s Employment and Community Support Services Programs. During her tenure with Ada S. McKinley, her accomplishments include helping to develop and execute an ambitious strategic plan, empowering and building teams, and expanding programs.

Crystal began her career, over twenty years ago, as a Direct Support Person (DSP), working with people with developmental disabilities. Since then, she has held leadership positions directing all facets of operations, including Training Coordinator, Support Coordinator, Adult Day Program Director, Human Resources Director, Operations Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Director for leading companies in the field.

Crystal is a native of Kentucky and graduate of Murray State University. She has served in leadership roles on 3 boards of directors; a graduate of the 2014 Leadership Greater Washington, DC Emerging Leaders Class; holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma; and is a Cleaning Industry Management Certification Expert. She enjoys playing tennis, writing, and playing the cello. Most importantly, Crystal is a mother of two daughters and is passionate about mentoring and empowering others.

Amanda was born and raised in Bethalto, Illinois and is a middle child of a large blended family of seven children. She attended Southern Illinois University of Carbondale where she majored in Accounting. Continuing her education at SIUC, she then earned her Master’s in Business and Administration. Her career began with finance as a Financial Director with a dental support organization. After eleven years of financial management, she then began exploring the taxation aspect of accounting as a Tax Accountant for AgriSolutions in Brighton, IL. There she worked with many operations across the country with income tax returns, planning, and consulting. Amanda was the Assistant Controller at Beverly Farm Foundation until December 2020 when she moved into the role of Controller.

Amanda has 3 children. Ben is 8 years old and loves to play sports and video games. Lucy is 6 and loves to draw, color, play outside and swim. Liam is 2 months old and loves his big brother and sister. Amanda loves to spend time with her husband Richard, their children, and their puppy Phoebe “Buf-fur”. She enjoys studying leadership/management and reading the works of John Maxwell and Jiddu Krishnamurti.

Toi Williams has lived in the Alton/Godfrey community all of her life and attended Alton High School. Toi earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Greenville University and her MBA at Missouri Baptist. Toi has worked in the HR field for over 15 years. Toi is a proud Youth Advisor for NCNW Adult Section and a member of FOS-ABAA. Toi is also a SHRM member.

Lori Rodgers graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Millikin University and began her career at Beverly Farm. Starting at the Day Training Center, she was a part of establishing the day program that serves medically fragile individuals. Lori moved on to managing group homes and Training Department and gained her Nursing Home Administrator License in 2000. Lori now serves as the Clinical Director for the Main Campus. She is an active member of the Godfrey Women’s Club, on the Board of Directors for Praise Community Fellowship and volunteers for Raise the Praise.

Krystal Grunenfelder brings over 15 years of experience in the develeopmental disabilities field. She graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a degree in Mass Communications. She holds her Nursing Home Administrator’s License and has been the Administrator over large ICF-DD agencies, as well as Social Service Director and Activity Director.

Taylor Justice received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Public Relations as well as a Minor in Media Communications from Webster University in St. Louis. She has been in the Development department with Beverly Farm since 2015 where she has worked her way to her current position as, Director of Development. In addition to her role at Beverly Farm, she is also an active member in the River Bend Growth Association as an Ambassador. She enjoys playing/watching softball, camping, cooking, and simply spending time with her family. Taylor currently lives in the Riverbend area with her husband and their two sons.

Over 25 years ago, Tara Wagenblast started in the direct care field at Beverly Farm. She earned her Bachelors in Social Work from Southern Illinois University. Tara has worked as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional and currently is the Community Homes Director. Tara has chaired the Beverly Farm Human Rights Committee and served on the Labor Management Committee.

Sandy graduated with an ADN from Mineral Area College in Park Hills, Missouri. She went on to attend Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri where she earned her BSN. In November 2018, Sandy joined Beverly Farm as our Assistant Director of Nursing and took over as Director of Nursing in 2020. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and watching movies. “I love my job and love being a part of the Beverly Farm family,” Sandy says proudly.

Danay McClinton is a St. Louis Native. She graduated from Central Visual & Performing Arts High school, where she majored in Mass Media. After high school, Danay continued her media education in Chicago and received a Bachelor's of Arts in Media Arts, Communication, and Theatre from Chicago State University and a Master's of Science in Journalism from Roosevelt University. Danay worked for Harpo Productions in Chicago and the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) in LA, before changing career paths to work in non-profit and with individuals with disabilities. Prior to joining the Beverly Farm Family, Danay worked at a 100-year-old organization that empowered persons supported. Danay is excited to continue working at an organization where her passion to support individuals with disabilities is at the forefront of the mission. Danay enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
