Anita brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across nonprofit, higher education, and complex operating environments. She is a transformational HR leader known for building high-performing cultures through intentional people strategy, strong culture alignment, and operational excellence. Her unique background includes both senior human resources leadership and service as a Chief Employment Counsel,
At Beverly Farm, Anita will lead our workforce strategy in direct support of our mission to provide a loving, caring home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She will work closely with leadership and our Board to strengthen workforce stability, enhance employee engagement, and further position Beverly Farm as an employer of choice within the disability services sector.
Anita’s passion for this work is deeply personal, influenced by her mother’s 25-year career serving individuals in a similar setting. That perspective, combined with her professional expertise, will play an important role in advancing our people-first culture and the quality of care we provide.
