get involved
Become part of the Beverly Farm community by joining a family group, sibling group or share your time and your skills as a volunteer.
Family Group
The lifeblood of our community, the families of Beverly Farm residents are involved in all aspects of what happens here. We keep everyone informed and invite family members’ input on a wide range of topics from financial status and administrative issues to facilities and events.
Friends and Family Support Group
The brothers and sisters of our residents often have a different perspective and are anxious to contribute where they can. The sibling group meets periodically to share their experiences with each other and offer ideas and support for Beverly Farm activities.

Volunteers
It would be much more difficult to carry out all of the day-to-day requirements of running an operation the size and complexity of Beverly Farm if it weren't for our generous volunteers. We rely on volunteers to help us by:
- Spending social time with our residents – reading to them, playing bingo, etc.
- Assisting with our programs for aquatic therapy, equestrian therapy, gardening, events and activities.
- Performing office and retail work.
Family and Friends of Group Home Residents
Our purpose is to offer financial and personal support and encouragement to the unique needs of the residents and the staff at the 6 Group Homes.
Our goal is to have open communication and interaction with the staff. We strive for communication, networking and support of each other as we experience similar life situations.
We are committed to promoting the Beverly Farm community to friends, strangers and politicians.
We meet twice a year during the Family Weekends on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am before the Foundation Meeting at 10:00 am.
