The Groves B. Smith Recreation Center is a modern, multi-purpose facility where residents take part in a variety of social events, aquatic therapy, and sensory stimulation.
Auditorium
The auditorium is host to a variety of social events. It is the perfect venue for dances, sports and other social events. And, its professional stage and sound system make it ideal for concerts, karaoke, talent shows and other performances.
Indoor Pool
The indoor heated pool area is therapeutic as well as an enjoyable place to relax and have fun. This state of the art facility is well equipped and staffed by certified lifeguards. The 20’ x 40’ heated pool is wheel chair accessible and equipped with ramps, rails and lifts to assure comfort and safety. Residents of all ages love splashing around in the pool.
Sensory Room
The sensory room is a state of the art facility that stimulates the senses and relaxes the mind. There are two sensory rooms at Beverly Farm, each with comfortable furniture, animated figures and black light visuals.
