The cottage life at Beverly Farm is focused around the main area of the property containing the medical clinic and recreational complex. There are 10 single-story ranch style cottages — 7 provide facilities for up to 26 people and 3 serve up to 43 people. Prepared meals are delivered to kitchens within each cottage. There are several common living areas in each of the cottages as well as specially designed sensory/relaxation areas. Trained staff is on duty in the cottages 24 hours per day. Staffing levels are specially calculated to meet the individual needs of each cottage resident.
