Client Program Coordinator (CPC)
Under the supervision of the QMRP, the CPC is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring each assigned resident’s active treatment program. CPCs assist the Senior or Lead Qualified Mental Retardation Professional. Candidate must be working toward a Bachelor's degree in a human services field. Must have at least one year of experience working directly with persons with mental retardation or other developmental disabilities.

Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP)
QMRPs are responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring each assigned resident’s active treatment program. Supervises Direct Support Personnel and CPCs. Candidate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and have at least one year of experience working directly with persons with mental retardation or other developmental disabilities.

Direct Support Person
Direct Support Personnel are responsible to motivate and assist each individual with their self-care and daily living skills as needed. Responsible for meeting residents’ needs as specified by the Habilitation Plan. Implements all service specified in the Habilitation Plan for assigned residents. Responsible for the daily care of each individual served. Reports to Shift Supervisor. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Good physical health and lifting abilities.

Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Assure that all medical needs are met in accordance with proper procedures set forth by the Director of Nursing. Candidate must have current Illinois license. Experience with developmentally disabled preferred.
