Beverly Farm is a planned community for people with developmental disabilities. We care for the physical, emotional and social welfare of our residents through a wide range of programs that are tailored to each individual’s ability and potential. We invite you to review our admissions policies and call or write with any questions. We would love to hear from you.

We serve adults (18 years and older) with developmental disabilities. We have the facilities, skilled staff and proven methods to provide loving care for people with these conditions:

  • Mental retardation (mild to profound)
  • Cognitive disabilities
  • Autism
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Epilepsy
  • Seizures
  • Autism
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Down Syndrome and other chromosome disorders
  • Spinal disorders, spinal chord injuries and brain injuries
  • Deafness or hearing impairment
  • Blindness or visual impairment
  • Speech impairment
  • Communication disorders
  • Dual diagnosis (MR/MI) with primary developmental disability diagnosis
